About Me
With over 20 years of experience as a dedicated visual arts educator, I have had the privilege of guiding creative journeys across a rich spectrum of ages—from curious four-year-olds discovering the joy of mark-making, to older adults reconnecting with their creative voice. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that art is a universal language, accessible to all, and essential for personal expression, growth, and connection.
Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered diverse programs in schools, community centres, and studio settings, always adapting to meet the developmental needs, interests, and cultural backgrounds of my students. My approach is both nurturing and rigorous—fostering creative confidence while building strong foundations in technique, visual literacy, and conceptual thinking.
